Metro Bank has brought top position in a formal poll of clients’ satisfaction with their banks, even with the Royal Bank of Scotland ranked underside.
Even though Metro’s share price was struck, inpart, by errors in how it accounted for a number of its own lending, the financial institution overtook First Direct to proceed top.
Some 83 percent of its own customers said they’d urge the bank for their loved ones members and family members.
