Japan’s Fancy Frugal Lifestyle!

If you stay in Japan for a long time, you will find that many houses in Japan have a basket of ” take away if you need”. The contents are not rubbish, but things that are well preserved but not needed by the owner at present. The purpose of putting them in the basket is to hope that people in need can take them away!

For example, this kind of new notebook with excellent quality is probably not cheap in the shop. But in this basket, passers-by can take it away at will, without having to say hello.

The well-preserved hangers are welcome to take away!

Clean old clothes, please take them away!

It is common in Japan that you can get what you need for free. If you are in Japan, you can go out and have a look.  Maybe you can find a lot of good things.
